Everything you see in game from the moment you click download until you fight the last boss. Everything has to be right. Not only the design of the characters and backgrounds but also the animations, User Interface and the visual effects. Just to give you the perfect home away from home and just for me to put my passion to good use as a game artist.
I made this project out of my passion for the game Celeste. Celeste helped me get to a part of me that i didn't know existed. I want more people to play Celeste and grow as a person just like i did.
So i combined my passion for game art and Celeste to make a new first impression for Celeste. Splash art was something i had not done before but it always peaked my interest. Splash art is a dynamic first impression art piece of a game, a game character or a level.
